We exist to be a family living in devotion together, whose sole purpose is to Host The Presence of the Lord in our city, and to Show and Share the Good News/Gospel of Jesus to everyone!

HOST

We will “Host The Lord’s Presence“ the way Jesus does.

• To us Presence is more than a feeling. It means to be near to His Person. To be in someones presence would denote that you’re near their person.
• Whether you’re a single mother trying to pay bills and get your kids to school on time, or whether you’re a entrepreneur trying to start a new business, or maybe you’re simply a pastor who lives to help others… we believe everyone who puts their faith in Jesus should know what it means to live daily in the “continual awareness” of The Presence of God. The is our “One Thing” that fuels all that we do here at WFC. 

HONOR

We will “Honor people“ the way Jesus does.

• Jesus Showed other’s who their Heavenly Father is AND what He is like. Afterward, He would reveal to them who they “are” in light of that revelation. Honor was something Jesus lived by and so do we. This isn’t a “we have to” for us, it’s a “we get to” way of life. We honor people for who they are, while not stumbling over where they are not. We call this honor. (2 Cor. 5:16-17)
• We recognize that we are all at different places in our journeys with Jesus. We don’t honor because of what you/they have done, we do this because of what He /Jesus has done and who we are because of Him. If you didn’t know it, you’re a big deal to Jesus! We honor you for that. 

HOME

We will lead everyone to “find their Home” in God, the way Jesus does.

• Home was Jesus’ idea. John 14:1 (MSG) “Don’t let this throw you. You trust God, don’t you? Trust Me. There is plenty of room for you in My Father’s home. If that weren’t so, would I have told you that I’m on my way to get a room ready for you? And If I’m on my way to get your room ready, I’ll come back and get you so you can live where I live. And you already know the road I’m taking.” Home is where a family lives. It’s a safe place where a loving Father protects, provides, and is present. 
• We will always point everyone home. In our current culture this is almost a thing of the past but here at WFC we are pointing all who will see and listen toward “Home” to where our Father lives and is residing. Home isn’t just a place, it’s a person. Its Father God/Papa. 

HERE

Jesus wept over His city. Let’s weep over ours.

Let’s be present in our city first through prayers, and secondly by doing what Holy Spirit leads us to do. Whenever Jesus was in a city, He managed to be present with those around Him. I want us to feel the pulse of our city, yet be able to release heavens heart for the city. We will be present here in Edmond/OKC.
